Maggiano’s Raises $4,190 for The Big Brain Club!

Our most recent Food For Thought program wrapped up last week, and it was another huge success! On Tuesday, our friends from Maggiano’s Little Italy dropped by Colorado’s Best to present The Big Brain Club with a check for $4,190 to support our school programs. Partner School Boasts ‘Principal of the Year’

The Big Brain Club is thrilled to congratulate Dr. Jeanette Patterson of Horizon Community Middle School on her recognition as 2014 Colorado Middle Level Principal of the Year by the Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE). New Student Authors Published!

If it seems like there are more young authors walking the streets of Fort Collins these days, it’s not your imagination. In the past week, more than 50 student authors have seen their work in print for the very first time. Last Friday, The Big Brain Club released the second volume of creative writing from the students at Preston Middle School. Big Brain Club, Avs, and DU Team Up to Raise $7k!

The Big Brain Club is very proud to announce that our recent Get Your Nerd On Day with the Colorado Avalanche was a huge success, raising more than $7,000 for our school partner programs! The event drew more than 700 students and parents to the Pepsi Center on March 8.
